Spirit Works Straight Wheat Whiskey

Straight Wheat Whiskey is made from 100% organic, Red Winter Wheat grown in California’s Sacramento Valley. We are proud to mill, mash, ferment, and distill all of our spirits entirely on site at our distillery in Sonoma County. Each batch is aged for a minimum of two years in 53-gallon, charred, brand new American White Oak barrels; it is non-chill filtered in order to preserve the full aromatic complexity of this uniquely American spirit. Deliberate cuts during distillation ensure that this whiskey emerges from its time in barrel as a finely layered and truly distinguished spirit.
