Papa's Pilar 3 Solera Blended Blonde Rum

Papa’s Pilar is named in honor of Earnest Hemingway (aka Papa) and his boat, the Pilar, which Hemingway used to travel between Florida and the Caribbean. Papa’s Pilar is an independent bottler and blender that further ages the Rums they source using their unique solera barrel aging process. Papa's Pilar Blonde is a blend of Rums between 3 and 5 years old, that were distilled using column stills.
