El Castor is the original California cactus Brandy. Made from one of the most exotic and untamed plants on the west coast, the beaver tail cactus, which provides the prickly pear fruit for the spirit. El Castor is crafted using a proprietary fruit to glass process. Each bach is hand-harvested from select estates, fermented, distilled, aged and bottled on site to maintain artisan quality standards.
