I live in a state with a relatively limited selection of rums, and even more limited access to online sprits shops. When I found Oaks, I saw a couple bottles that I was interested in, and called their store to make sure they had them in stock. The owner wasn't able to immediately tell me whether or not they had the bottles because they have a warehouse where much of their stock is kept, but he called me back later in the day to let me know that he had looked into it and both bottles I wanted to order were in stock. I ended up making my order, which was shipped out promptly and arrived safely. Very pleased with the whole transaction, and super happy with my new rum.
