I thought I would be receiving the actual box for the whiskey I ordered. Unfortunately I only received the bottle, wrapped in bubble wrap, in a regular box.
Excited to deliver as a gift, just disappointed about the box.

First time using Oaks and it was a pleasant experience. They were one of the limited sources of the desired Scotch and had at a reasonable price. The shipment packaging was great (recyclable) and they included the boxes for the bottles as well (in case you wanted to gift it), which was a thoughtful touch. Will use them again if the need arises.

I just now received my Macallans, it was delayed 3x with notices saying it is to be delivered that day, but not showing up. Since a signature is required, it was problematic to coordinate. While you are not responsible for FedEx, it is important to be informed. I hope to purchase with you in the future.
