Oaks liquors has the best customer service and shipping response. The selection is amazing and the people are wonderful. I was looking for one of those rare bottles of 15 year old Pappy Van Winkle and as I was reading the twitter and Instagram feeds for Pappy I came across one posted by Oaks. Not feeling optimistic I went to their website and hit search for Pappy. What came up to my surprise were a bottle of 15 and 23. By the way I was on a flight at the time. I hit purchase and a few clicks later it was confirmed. Yes I had to fill out the CC confirmation and send back but that was easy. A few days later my prize ( although paid for) arrived as described. Christmas will be a little more enjoyable this year! Thank you Oaks!

I ordered a couple bottles of Orphan Barrel bourbons for my first order from Oaks Liquors. When I received the package, the order was incorrect. I called and Steve immediately took care of the mistake. Because of his promptness and service, I will not hesitate to order from Oaks again. Great customer service.

I recently purchased 2 bottles of Parker's Heritage bourbon and 2 bottles of Elijah Craig Barrel Proof bourbon that were shipped last week. Albert was professional and helpful and will happily do business with them again. I filled out the authorization form as required for that amount of a purchase.
The only thing that could be improved is that the delivery was left on my front door without a signature. I would have expected that 400 dollars worth of rare alcohol would be required to have a signature. I emailed customer service at oaks liquors.com, and the response I got was this: "
"Thank you for your inquiry.
As we do request from UPS for a signature upon delivery, if the driver decides on his own to leave the package at your front door then that would make UPS responsible if you did not receive your package. This happens to us all the time.

I would have expected a better response from Customer Care stating, you are correct, we will look into it from our end, and contact UPS to ensure that this doesn't happen again. I filed a complaint with UPS as I would expect you would have, to at least convince me that the next time I do business that this won't happen again.
This won't prevent me from doing business with oaks liquors again, but it would help to know that you are making an inquiry as well to ensure that UPS is securely delivering your products. If UPS does this all the time as you state, that is against their policy to do so, and inquiries on your end would help ensure this doesn't happen again.

How I got to your website was because I saw a Limited Four Roses product for sale that you had not updated . But I was quick to receive a reply regarding that product and was also given a heads up on a limited Four Roses product that was soon going live online in which I bought immediately. The price was high but expected for rare bottles. The only feedback is constantly updating inventory since I am always on the hunt for limited Four Roses products. Great customer service by the way. Do you have a wait list for future Four Roses coming out this year?

It seems that some people do not read the"Terms and Conditions" of your website. This is unfortunate because I believe that your website spells out explicitly, all the necessary information that one needs to purchase products on your site. It is quite understandable that because you also have a retail location and sell your products through your store, that at any given time that product may not be available when checking out from the website. You guys are great and please keep looking for those rare items that I can't find anywhere else.

Improvement to the site would be to ensure that what you advertise as being in stock, is in fact in stock. I was disapointed after placing my order and having it confirmed, to recieve an email indicating the below items were not available from your distributor. So, have it or dont have it...thats fine. Just dont pretend to have it, and over promise and under deliver.
