I recently purchased a bottle of Leopold Bros. Three Chamber Rye, a special, unique bottle of whiskey that I imagine I will enjoy thoroughly. The packaging for the shipping of this bottle was sturdy and thoughtful, particularly because the FedEx employee who delivered the bottle to my home accidentally dropped the box. I inspected the bottle, and everything looks fine. This bottle has eluded me for some time, as I have struggled with the idea of paying that much for a relatively young rye whiskey and because I originally ordered a bottle of this whiskey through Fine Cask. The customer service I received was horrendous. After several emails (they do not provide a phone number to contact them) and after more than a week, a representative with Fine Cask informed me that the bottles in their shipment had been damaged, and when they contacted their distributor for more, they were told that they did not have any more bottles. I was refunded my order, but I immediately began searching for another bottle of this rye whiskey. I found y'all's store, which has excellent reviews as well as multiple ways to contact you. I believe y'all sent my bottle the same day I ordered it, which left me somewhat staggered after my experience with Fine Cask. The bottle arrived yesterday. I have not opened and tried it yet, but I will work up the courage soon. I just wanted to express my gratitude to all of you and to this store. Y'all did everything right and well, including having me verify my purchase. You shipped my bottle with care and attention to detail. I am thankful for the folks that work at Oaks Liquors. Thank you

I have known these folks for at least 20 years. The whole family is awesome.
